Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the costume is neatly folded to avoid damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
